What is your booking policy?
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure our time and it is applied to the cost of the coaching package. This applies to booking the first session of the package.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel the first session with at least 12 hours notice, the $25 deposit will be refunded. If it is less than 12 hours notice, the refund is then non-refundable.
Can I pay in installments?
You can pay for the four-session package in two installments. The first half is due before our first session and the second half is due before our third session.
Do the sessions have to be once per week?
No, we can discuss how often we’d like to schedule the appointments. However, I recommend that all four sessions are scheduled within a 10-week time-frame in order to see results.
Can we work together for more than 4 sessions?
Yes! Four-sessions is a great launching off point. After our four-sessions have completed, we will discuss what your next steps could be and you can decide what more you need and how we can work together.
What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds. I cannot accept tea returns as they are a food product. For coaching services, coaching can be postponed, but there are no refunds.
